The Kitchen Kitche11

The kitchen is located off of the main hallway before you reach the Living room. It is state of the art, always fully stocked. Slven and Yuri know how to cook but this is more Shivani's domain than anyone elses. But you are more than welcome to cook and prepare whatever you wish. Just please leave it as clean and tidy as you found it, or else Shivani will force you to clean the entire thing, top to bottom as punishment.

Amethyst eyes looked about the kitchen as he walked through the doorway, slippers gliding over the hardwood flooring. It was cleaned, not a dirty thing in site. Which could only mean that the young blonde doll did return here earlier today, oddly enough it made his mood lighten a bit as he opened of the refrigerator to find several containers of what looked like made sushi rolls, fish dishes that only need to be reheated to consume, and some other things. Wonderful, a decent coarse meal for unneeded annoying guest for him to please deal with and kick out tomorrow morning when he took them to Seven Moons.

The Doll could multi-task in her instructions after all.

Yuri closed the door, and walked over to the far counter to screw around with the rice maker. He could at least set this up to go on its own while he took a shower and chanced out of his suit into something more reasonably comfortable. After all this wasn’t particularly a business meeting it was why it was being down here at the house instead of somewhere else. And with using the Doll for distraction, he would be keeping Zealos out of the house for the night. The teal haired fighter presences was unnecessary for the time being and for a while Yuri didn’t want to deal with the ‘act’ he and Slven had fallen into over the year. After his visit with the older Scarless Sacrifice, he wasn’t sure he could stomach it. As he closed the lid to the little contraption he clicked it on and turned away from the counter to make his way up stairs to his bedroom. Slipping a hand into his pocket to pull out his phone to look at the time. It was getting rather late, he frowned, given that he had expected Slven to get back before him… Something must have happened at the Airport or the flight was delayed….

During the slow descent down the stairs Yuri messed with the sleeves on the grey kimono lost in thought about the day and what would be tomorrows work load. There was the budget forecast he and Raiden would need to go over before the budget was summated for review by the Aristocrat families. Along with the floor plans for one of the ‘to be rentavated’ dorm buildings, the bloodhounds had been uses a make shift office for over two years now, though it was working at the moment it still had its issues. With no ‘prison’ holding for rogue unit besides that which was in south Japan they were being change to fit though new needs. Since students now no longer lived at the school. All that took however was over a year debate with the Umizo family who after being showed the savings in dependence in some of the students [and because he found Ayane-chan so more open minded] that a housing would be created off and away from campus to help eliminate so many problems there had been over the last several decades. It gave him the buildings to work with, and after new security was put in, would become the second house to the main frame of the WWR system. It would fix the lag in transmition to the hound phones and the public areas that used it. With the agreement of the Matsumoto soon they would have a tower system in place to help even more. Yuri rolled his eyes as he stepped down onto the first floor, the panels creaked a bit under his weight, since below them was the second set of stairs that lead down into the secret room of the house.
He didn’t want to think about the Matsumoto, that damn woman was driving him up the wall. Sometimes it made him appreciate the fact he was no longer running around as a Knatsu, he would have to deal with that woman more often when he was told to run for Ministry of Defense. Their families use to have a very strained working relationship, but the Knatsu were the only Aristocrat family with basis in the Japan government and had served its purpose for the unit world. Without it, now the families were suffering from that loss in power. His first victory of the many he had afterwards..

Amethyst eyes looked into the dining room as he past it, making sure the Doll had remember to set it. Which without a doubt she had, before he walked into the kitchen to finish what he had started before going to shower, pulling out the china from the cabinet and the pre-made sushi out of the refrigerator. Since he had been the one to teach Shivani how to set up things like this, Yuri knew well enough about the presentation of the food. How it should to lay out on the plates and finished with accompany sauces. He had watched the house servants when he was a child and wanted to hide from his ‘grandfather’. After they were finished he put them back into the refrigerator since his fighter was evidently late. Amethyst eyes looked to the clock sitting on the counter, frowning…

There was a lot of reason for Hajima to be late the major one he was thinking about right now, that the damn man just plain forgot…

Knew I should have had Raiden go instead…..” The growl left his lips before he look at the control for the security panel, which was blinking now. Someone had opened the garage down at the bottom of the property.

Sure enough, amongst the kitchen was his blonde haired sacrifice, pretending to cook a meal that they both knew Shivani put together. Yuri couldn't cook worth a damn.

” I ragazzi sono qui*.” he murmured softly in Italian, knowing it would annoy Yuri. And at the moment Slven was annoyed enough to want to stir up a bit of trouble. That and he didn't want nosy Ms Bratt to ease drop on their conversation.

Yuri looked up at his fighter when the taller man walked in, turning over the fish he was pan frying in a skillet on the gas stove. His kimono sleeves rolled up a bit so he wouldn't get them dirty as he work. A very unbecoming image of himself, one out of many the blonde disliked. But he had refused to allow the hiring of a full-time housekeeper or even cook like Slven had expressed the desire for several times over since they had moved into this place. It was one of those things the guatar player that he was intitled to. With all the money to spend and nothing really to spend it on having someone else there that wasn't Shivani to do his bidding seemed like a perfectly find item.

Yuri have vetoed it, based on the simple fact.

No strangers.

Though Slven had argued an individual wouldn't be a stranger after working for them over time it was still out of the question. So, Yuri would finish things Shivani had set up, or Slven would in turn order out something even though half the time people got lost coming out to this place.

Or the inevitable, when the blonde fighter wasn't able to do duties here over more pressing matters, it was eat out or don't eat at all.

"Ich verstehe nicht ihr Italienisch" Was the plan responds back to the other as Amethyst blue eyes looked away back to what he was doing so not to burn the meal. There was a loud sound of feet running...

Shoed feet on the polished wood floors.

The sound made Yuri face fall into a rather annoyance when the white head of the young teenager that he had been expecting came around the corner next to Slven.

"Malik, Wh-"

" Aleksander, you are wearing shoes on Slven's polished floors. It is very rude remove them." He cut the teenager off as he shut off the stove to look at the mix matched eyes of the computer genus that had created his WWR system.

As they walked to the kitchen Italian rang through his ears as the two men spoke. His lavender eyes surveyed the area as he saw just how finely the house was set up. A beautiful way to keep unwanted people out by leaving the front hideous. As they flooded the man's kitchen he stood at attention and tilted his head to the side as annoyance rang though out every feature of this shorter man. Rhys being polite though still bowed to his new mentor of sorts. Was this man really the one who was going to show him how to be a better Fighter?

Jade eyes look to his sacrifice as he stood in the kitchen, perhaps at a time it would have crossed his mind to think about again how funny it was in the reality that the all great Yuri Knatsu was standing in a kitchen finished [because even Slven knew he couldn't cook] some meal prepared by the useless Doll. One of these days he would win the arguement about hiring someone house-keeper full time. Even if it came down to finding someone 'that wasn't a stranger' to do so.

That however would in its own course take time.

" Whatever, right so played pick up for you. Here's your new batch of whatevers. I serious have work to do." Slven nodded his hand against the door frame of the kitchen before waving it at the other in dismissal. You know that shit that pays for all this crap? If you need me I'll be in my studio"

He turned then, not interest in the slightest at playing the great wonderful bonded unit and house at the same time. Besides, the kid already knew the two and well, the redhead would find out soon enough since he was in a sense going to be working for his sacrifice.

And well the loud mouth girl could well...

Get lost.

Rhys stood there shocked at how intense the atmosphere became between the two males in the kitchen. After Slven made his comment and left everyone just stood around for a few moments more. One by one everyone began peeling away into different sections of the house leaving the red head alone with the very annoyed blonde. The other had instructed Rhys to follow him into a different section of the house to take care of some unfinished business. He stepped as lightly as he could but to his dismay the floors still creaked a bit. Is it always like this here? He wondered as he was told to wait where he stood. Rhys nodded and looked around the place. It was definitely beautiful on the inside but the outside is what deceives people. Could be the main reason why they don't get visitors at all because they were leaving the outside uninviting. His tired lavender eyes happened upon the glimpse of the backyard. He stretched a bit trying to see if he could look through the other side better but he heard footsteps returning to his location which caused him to stop straining himself in order to see beyond his vision.

Rhys turned to the shorter male who was handing him an envelope, a book and money. Rhys stood there a bit confused but Yuri shoved the articles into Rhys' hands. His slender fingers wrapped around the items as he looked at them. "The envelope contains your paperwork for the Academy. Be there in the morning so you can get started. That book I was told to hold on to until you arrived and the money is for the taxi ride to your new home." Yuri stated as Rhys looked confused a bit but nodded. "Thank you very much." He stated as Yuri walked him to the phone. After calling the taxi service Rhys sat in the chair beside the phone and looked at the first page. A smile slowly crept across his lips as he recognized the handwriting instantly. His left hand grazed over the page written by William and before he knew it he was sighing a bit. Already missing home but he knew he was needed here for a mission of sorts. The first page welcomed Rhys to Japan and had an Address written there. "Read the next page only when you reach the complex. What an odd sense of instructions?" Rhys muttered lowly to himself as he waited. After about 30 minutes Rhys was walking out the front door to the taxi cab that waited down the end of the dirt road leading from the street to the house.

After what seemed like forever to the male he sighed in relief once the cab was in view. A smile couldn't help but spread once more across his face since he was going to finally be able to sit down and relax after that long walk from the uninviting mansion. "Where to sir?" The driver asked as Rhys opened the car door and placed his roller suitcase inside the car. "Oh um this location." He said as he pulled the book out of his right coat pocket and opened the book to the first page shown with the address. Once Rhys finished pushing his suitcase to the other side of the cab he sighed and got in. The driver adjusted his rear view mirror and looked at Rhys curiously. "New to Japan?" he asked as Rhys clicked his seat belt and nodded finally ready to go. "Yes I am. First day here and I am already exhausted." He stated as the driver chuckled a bit finding the humor interesting. "Well it is common for folks like you but all in all welcome to Japan Sir." the driver stated in a cheery sort of manner as he began driving Rhys to his new home.
