1st Floor Overview
All guests must sign in at the front desk and checked at the Security Check Point before Proceeding.

Welcome to Miracle Hospital where your Health and well being matter the most to us. After you are checked in and you pass the security protocols you are in the waiting areas. Many vary in size on all floors depending on what you are waiting on. If you proceed to the elevators there will be guards there at every floor to ensure you reach your destination. Elevators are on the sides of each wing along with a flight of stairs. We ask that during an emergency you use the stair case if possible or emergency ramps for our disabled citizens. The elevators in the middle of the wings are meant to ER or other Emergencies.

Straight ahead once you enter is the Emergency Rooms. We ask that all guests remain here in the waiting areas until a Doctor calls upon you to give you the condition of your person. Personal are the only ones allowed through the double doors.

In the Left Wing you will find our Miracle Day Care Center. This is meant for our Patients and Employees with small and/or young children. They will be cared for by our staff and be provided with food as well. You must sign your child in by person, their relations to person here and age.

Further down the hall you will find our Parent Planning Offices. You can walk in or set an appointment to meet with your Doctor or Counselor. Offices do close at 7pm so please come in ahead of time. You can still set up an appointment at the Front Desk once the offices are closed.

You will find the Children's Doctor Offices right next to the Planned Parenting section. It wraps around to towards the back where the ER rooms stop. Please refrain from removing toys out of the waiting room areas.

In the Right Wing you will Find our Pharmacy. There are 3 lines separated for everyone. The one in the center is for those without appointments and not a currently housed Patient here. The line on the Left is for The Staff only so they can get the emergency meds that is needed for their current housed Patients. The line on the Right is reserved for those who called and set up a pick up time before coming. Please follow the Line rules and wait patiently as we ensure you get your proper medications.

Right next to the Pharmacy you will see the Cafeteria. It is made to keep comfort and ease the mind in consideration. Many people feel uncomfortable in a hospital so we try to make the environment much less stressful. They serve a variety of healthy foods and drinks. Please toss all your trash in the proper bins and no food or drink is allowed out of the area. Patients will have their meals delivered to their rooms if they can not leave them. This place closes at 11pm.
